Greg Ensor is shown with the 28-pound, 12-ounce
brown trout he caught on August 30, 1988 on the
Clinch River. The catch broke a record that had
been set in 1958 below Dale Hollow Dam.

After he caught the monster
trout on August 30, 1988, Greg
Ensor said, "I didn't know how
much it weighed, but I figured
it should beat whatever the
record was."
