The Nantglo Scholarship is offered to graduates of Briceville Elementary School to assist them in attending college. The scholarship is named in honor of the Welsh coal miners who settled Coal Creek after the Civil War. Nantglo is Welsh for Coal Creek. Requirements to be eligible for one of our scholarships are as follows:
Essays will be submitted before April 15 each year to the Coal Creek Watershed Foundation, Inc. You may email your essay to carolmoore1101@gmail.com. You must confirm that your essay was received.
