ELK AND MORE AMERICAN CHESTNUTS! Back to the mountain today with three sweet kids and two Daddies and Papaw. Forty-eight more trees planted... makes a total of 116 this week. The kids earned some community service hours and learned how to dig holes and plant trees the correct way. After planting trees we went up to the Elk viewing tower and were not disappointed. There were at least 50 or 60 gorgeous elk in clear view of our picnic lunch area. Gorgeous!
